FLEXEON 300
The FLEXEON 300 is a compact RO system that consistently produces high-purity water. Nominal rejection rates of 98.5% makes this RO system ideal for applications requiring low volumes of high-purity water, such as laboratory test water or pre-deionisation.
The 300 system has been designed for capacities up to 1,130 litres per day, with maximum TDS rejection rates of 98.5%. This system features high quality components and is supplied ready-to-use in either a compact wall mounted or free-standing space-saving configuration.

FLEXEON 10000 / 20000
The 10000 and 20000 systems have again been optimally designed, developed and programmed for high volume applications.
Offered with an array of control features both these systems are fully adaptable to deal with fluctuating seasonal and water quality variations. Equipped with a concentrate recirculating valve, both systems will reduce water wastage by recycling a variable proportion of the circulate to deliver greater efficiencies and cost savings. Ideal for applications such as cosmetic, pharmaceutical drug manufacture, large scale DI plants, boiler water feed, steam sterilizing or any application that requires high volumes of extremely pure water.

PENTAIR Merlin Modular RO System
On-demand RO water without the need for water storage.
In designing the Merlin, the complex assembly of some conventional RO systems has been eliminated resulting in a simplistic leak-free unit. Membranes, cartridge and all componentry locate into a manifold that makes the Merlin less than two cubic feet in size, with just four simple push-fitting connections colour-coded for absolute simplicity.
The Merlin system incorporates two high-flow membrane elements in series to produce an average of 1.9 lpm of purified water. These membranes are protected by an all new carbon impregnated fibredyne pre-filter delivering twice the loading capacity, up from 19,000 to 38,000 litres. With the concentrate from one element being channelled through the second, the waste water is reduced by approximately 75% compared to conventional systems.
