Incoming Water

The water coming into the site is often treated to reduce particulate and bacteria that can spoil the wine.

Depth cartridges remove the particles with a UV disinfection system and 0.2 micron rated cartridge treating and removing bacteria. Once bacteria is removed, the water can be used for bottle wash and cleaning of vessels.
