Fileder Filter Systems Ltd is an ICO registered data controller and processes personal information from job applicants. Personal information held includes data related to our job application process, which may include: CVs, application forms, cover letters, emails, aptitude assessments, personality questionnaires and interview notes. CCTV images are taken as part of our building security when attending on site interviews and kept for 30 days. The personal information is processed under legitimate interest: to assess competency and suitability for job roles, provide feedback to applicants, and for evidence of fair treatment.
Personal information is stored securely and confidentially, and is kept for no longer than is necessary; destroyed after one-year, speculative CVs after three months.
Third parties are used (e.g. to provide technical support, server storage, assessment formats) and only US Privacy Shield members are used for international transfers, such as backup storage.
We do not disclose your personal information to any other party, unless legally required by law, to further fraud protection or, in the event we sell any or all of the business, to the buyer.
Personal data is used for profiling during personality questionnaires but there is no automated decision making, results are discussed at interview.
