Water fed to site should be softened to protect the expensive machines from scaling that can affect energy use, accuracy and visibility on gauges/screens.
Softened water in combination with a reverse osmosis (RO) system is also used to feed the boiler, reducing the amount of ‘blow downs’ to save energy costs.
Incoming Water and Boiler Feed
Prevents scale build up on tanks, pipework and equipment.
Ions and Salts Removal
Very pure water is produced using reverse osmosis membranes to separate the majority of salts and ions from the feed water and sending the salts and ions to waste or re-circulation.
SPECTRUM PWS Duplex
PWS Duplex units deliver softened water to commercial and industrial applications up to 116lpm, ready to install with brine tank and programmable valve.
SPECTRUM Reverse Osmosis System
SPECTRUM RO Systems designed for commercial & industrial operators. 4 systems available to meet RO production levels of 150 to 1250 litres per hour.
