Raw materials need to be filtered in order to remove bulk and smaller particles from the product. Fileder recommends that the applied strategy should involve more than just one filtration stage and this could include either bag or depth filtration technology, depending on the loading volumes being filtered.
Initially applying the correct filtration method will likely minimise the need for filtration and added costs at a later stage.
