How Does Depth Filtration Work
Depth filters trap particles within a thick layer of filter material, with outer layers capturing larger particles and deeper filters capturing the smaller ones. This makes this solution ideal for removing varying or unknown particle sizes. As the liquid passes through the filter, particles are trapped in the filter’s structure to effectively remove them from the liquid.
